March 21, 2021 - "We enjoyed our stay. The house is situated about a half mile from from the protected ocean/beach area making it a nice and quiet location from traffic and people. It was also a super short walk to the beach access just around the corner. We were 3 house rows from the beach and you can see and hear the waves from the top deck. Though it is not an unobstructed view of the ocean, it didn’t bother us because you could see the river and sunsets beautifully.
