There's no need to venture far as the condo's table for four provides oceanfront dining. Enjoy good food and each other's company all with the crashing waves in sight!
While most of your time will be divided between the pool and beach, you'll love returning to the cozy living room in the evenings. The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV, reclining grey couches and a rocker recliner. Along with high-speed internet, the condo provides cable so you can unwind to your favorite shows. If you're seeking a tech-free vacation, you and yours can enjoy the ample games, cards, and puzzles provided.
If you'd rather end the day with the salty breeze in your hair, step onto the furnished balcony. This space has a fourth-floor view of the beach, complex sun deck, and pool below. We recommend pairing dessert and a glass of wine with such a view!
When you're ready to retire, you'll find a king bed awaiting you in the primary bedroom. Along with a great night's rest, this suite provides a flat-screen TV and ample dresser space for personals. The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower, a quiet-close toilet seat, and plenty of bath towels.
The rest of your group will also find R&R in their bedroom. The second bedroom accommodates two with its two double beds. Nearby is the guest bathroom that has a bathtub with sliding glass doors, a quiet-close toilet seat, and soft bath linens.

Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1973 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1 and 2 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Sea Coast is perfect for families and is a great getaway for your next vacation!

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

May 5, 2017- We are an active family of 4 who stayed a week at this condo. We chose this particular unit for the view. The end unit had a wonderful unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. There are boogie boards and beach chairs available in the unit. The complex was very nice, with a clean pool, plenty of deck chairs and tables, and shuffleboard sets to borrow. The furniture and appliances in the condo were in good condition.
