About Ponce de Leon Towers
Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. July 28, 2017- "We really enjoyed our stay at the property and the pictures were a true representation of the property. Sometimes that's not the case. The only issue we had was the one day there was a pretty major rain storm (Sat 7/22) and when we came back from the beach water from the outside had washed under the door into the kitchen. The maintenance worker was on the 8th floor sweeping water with a squeegie so I'm not sure if he accidentally pushed the water into the condo in his effort to sweep away the water from the outside watlkway. But it was quite a mess. We had to use all of our towels to soak it up - which we did wash. I am very interested in booking another unit with you but we would like to see about getting two units next to each and we would like to be on a lower floor. Although the view was amazing.
