As you enter the door you can quickly put your groceries away as the kitchen is directly to the right. Fully equipped with clean white appliances and cabinetry, making those perfect home-cooked meals will be a breeze. The pass-through counter doubles as a serving area or offers extra seating for two.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a sturdy wooden table that comfortably seats six. Just a few steps away is the open living space with a plush leather couch and matching armchair both positioned just right to enjoy views of the ocean or catch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Venture through the large glass sliders to take in the ocean breeze or relax in one of the outdoor chairs to read.
Sleeping arrangements are set for six and include a primary bedroom with a king-size, poster bed, large dresser, flat-screen TV and views of the beach; as well as a guest bedroom that is perfect for families as it offers a queen size bed plus a twin bunk. This bedroom also offers plenty of dresser space, a flat-screen TV and colorful bedding.
The cheerful primary bath has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, nice white vanity, large mirror and plush towels. The guest bath has a standard size bathtub, shower, vanity and bath towels.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

About Ponce de Leon Towers
Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

August 12, 2021 - "This was a lovely, well kept property right on the beach in a perfect location for New Smyrna Beach. This is our third year returning to the area, and in regard to proximity to restaurants/gas stations/stores, this is our favorite location. While I typically prefer to be on a no driving beach, going in an off peak time was perfect and there were never too many people driving on or even set up on the beach during our stay. The access to the beach and pool is super simple from the elevators. I do wish there was a laundry room in the condo itself, but there is a laundry area located on each floor which is nice. The space was perfect for our party of 7 (4 adults, 2 kids). The beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked with all bathroom/kitchen necessities.
