This condo that will sleep 6 is newly remodeled and boasts new furniture, three large flat screen TVs, an electric range, stacked washer and dryer, and plenty of towels and linens inside the unit. From the Primary Bedroom's King Size bed, you have an expansive view of the ocean. This bedroom has a large oceanfront window right next to sliding glass doors that lead directly to the balcony. This large room offers brand new furniture from Southern Trends and has been decorated to perfection. The Primary Bath has an elegantly tiled walk in shower with a glass sliding door and built in corner seat. The bath also has a double sink.
In the tiled second bedroom, you'll find a new queen sized bed with matching Southern Trends furniture. In addition, there are twin bunk bends for additional sleeping accommodations. There is also a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The newly remodeled guest bath has a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
In the Living Room, you'll find new Carlton manufactured and Best Home furnishings - a couch with a built in ottoman, one reclining swivel chair, and another upholstered chair. The flat screen TV is mounted on a wall and sits over a pretty piece of painted furniture. The condo has a ceiling fan in the Living Room, a Dining Room table with four chairs, as well as a counter with two additional stools. There is a very large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, counter space, an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Because even in the Sunshine State, the sun doesn't shine all day every day, the owners have graciously provided games and movies for those rainy days. This unit also provides beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, beach toys, and two skim boards!
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

About Ponce de Leon Towers
Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. May 2, 2018- "You could not find a better view of the ocean than the view from this condo. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee on the spacious balcony. The condo has been recently remodeled. Tastefully decorated with a nice beach feel. The condo has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, plenty of towels to an in-unit washer/dryer. It was clean and well maintained. Great Oceans Condos, the management company, did a good job providing us all the information we needed prior to our stay. The condo is located close to a number of local restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed So Napa (directly across the street), Yellow Dog Eats and The Wake Up Cafe (for breakfast). One restaurant you can't miss on a trip to New Smyrna Beach is JB's Fish Camp which is just a few miles south of the condo. It is located on the intercoastal waterway where people kayak and boat right up to the restaurant. We saw manatee swimming feet away from our table as we sat on the deck. My husband and I will definitely choose to stay at this condo on our next visit to New Smyrna Beach Florida."

May 18, 2015 - What a great condo. Right on the ocean and close to everything. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the beach activity below, as well as swimming in the beautiful heated pool. The accommodations were clean and decorated to perfection. Everything we needed was provided and then some. A short beach walk to restaurants and shopping. We brought our dog and were very pleased with how dog friendly the whole community was...even a separate dog beach at NSB Dunes. Access was easy and the manager was available if we needed anything...which we didn't. We will definitely come back again to this community and this condo.
