Before you head to the shore, step into the kitchen to prep your favorite beachside snacks. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and features like a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, and more will inspire you to tap into your inner chef. Family meals can either be enjoyed around the dining table for six or at the large breakfast bar for four.

When you're not strolling down Flagler Avenue or soaking up sun by the pool, you'll find yourself drawn to the living room. Both the couch and loveseat have plush, deep seats perfect for curling up after a fun-filled day. The living room not only has a flat-screen TV equipped with cable, but also boasts of a view of the ocean horizon.

If you aim to spend every moment in the Florida sunshine, take your relaxation to either of the furnished balconies. The balcony adjacent to the living room is perfect for enjoying 5 o'clock cocktails as a high-top table for four is provided. Clink drinks to the sight of the ocean, the complex tennis courts, and the palm-tree covered grounds. The second balcony (located off of the master) is perfect for reading with its two Adirondack chairs and placid view of the pond.

When you're ready to retire, you'll find a soft king bed with a brand new mattress awaiting you in the primary bedroom. Along with its own balcony, this bedroom accommodates with a flat-screen TV and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom not only has a double vanity and walk-in shower, but also a jetted bathtub for spa-like pampering.

While you catch up on R&R, the rest of your family will find their bedrooms equally as peaceful. Those staying in the second bedroom will find a queen bed, a private desk, and a Smart TV provided. Similarly, the third bedroom has a queen trundle bed and a Smart TV. Both TVs are equipped with streaming services, just remember to bring your own log-ins!

The condo is equipped with plenty of soft linens, towels, a full washer/dryer, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Fun beach essentials such as boogie boards, beach chairs, basketball, bocce ball, and a beach cart are available in the storage closet next to the elevator.
