This is the perfect set up for a family of 4-6, a beautiful complex, walking path, and magnificent (uncrowded) beach. We have teenagers and everyone was able to find their own space inside the condo during our vacation with plenty to do outside as well. We will be back and hope to stay in this exact unit again. July 22, 2015 - We rented another unit on VRBO however we received a call the day before we left stating the oven was not working. We could not stay for 5 days without an oven so we were given other options from Great ocean condos rental agency. We chose this unit. The unit was awesome. We liked the decor and the floor plan. There was 6 people in this unit and there was plenty of room. We would stay at this unit again. We were told that the condo was right across the road to the beach. It is however it is about a 5 minute walk walking on the crosswalk to the beach. June 20, 2015 - Nice surprise. I will have to say this has been the nicest place we have stayed since I can remember. The condo was perfect, clean, beautifully decorated, close to the pool and tennis courts for the kids and just a short walk to the beach. The city of New Smyrna is close enough to Daytona Beach that you can easily visit there for some activities but New Smyrna has a lot of quaint little shops and activities right there. You can find anything you want or need right in New Smyrna Beach. I would definitely recommend this area for a vacation and this condo as your home away from home. We couldn't find a hotel for that price, especially a hotel that is as nice as this. We'll be back next year. -- Susan, NC
