With an ocean across the street and soothing blue hues within, there's no lack of SEArendipity when staying in Oceanwalk 2-203. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is ideal for large families as it comfortably sleeps eight. Spend hours by the shore, explore the amazing complex amenities, and return to this bright and airy retreat when you make this your beach getaway!
Vacation mode begins the moment you walk through the door. The condo welcomes guests with a bright atmosphere tastefully juxtaposed with teal accents. Before you change into swimsuit attire, settle in to your home away from home.
Groceries and beach snacks can be put away in the condo's fully stocked kitchen. White cabinetry, white appliances, and marbled granite countertops make this space equally as aesthetic as it is functional. You'll find it well equipped with cooking essentials such as pots and pans, cookware, a toaster oven, crockpot, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. On the evenings you aren't trying a new NSB restaurant, meals can be held at the dining table for four or at the breakfast bar for three. Additional chairs are provided.
At the end of each pool and beach-filled day, everyone will gravitate to the living room. Your family can cozy up on either the large sectional or in one of the two armchairs. Movie nights are a cinematic experience as the condo has an extra-large Smart TV with cable and streaming services (just remember to bring your own log-ins!).
Those that would rather spend evenings outside with a glass of wine can do so on the balcony. The second-floor balcony is furnished with six chairs and is beach-facing. You'll find the pool and complex clubhouse nearby and the beach crosswalk an easy walk away.
When it's time for bed, everyone will be eager to retire to their respective bedroom. The primary suite offers four guests R&R with its two queen beds, private balcony entrance, flat-screen TV, and adjoining bathroom. The primary bathroom elevates nighttime routines as it boasts of a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The second and third bedroom both accommodate with king beds and flat-screen TVs. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a standard bathtub and soft bath towels.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, streaming services, a Smart TV, Keurig, beach chairs, toys, cart, and cooler, and a full size washer/dryer.
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

About the Oceanwalk Community
Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.
Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and more. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level and a rooftop observation deck. Onsite amenities include an exercise room, saunas, two seasonally heated pools, a poolside spa, bocce court, two tennis courts with lighting, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball hoop, BBQ gas grill area and two gorgeous clubhouses.
The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.
June 19, 2022 - "This was a wonderful unit. It was fresh and clean. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and a very comfortable environment. Nicely set up and handled 7 people effortlessly. We absolutely oved the property. We are beach people and the fact it was not on the beach was a bit of a pain, but if you are OK across the street and having to go to the beach, this place is excellent. Can' say enough good. Outstanding!" -- John C., Orlando, FL

Condo is not beachfront and beach view is blocked by beachfront condos. It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the beach entrance. Highly recommend!" -- Jan-Marie J., Charleston, SC
