Whether or not you love to cook, you'll often find yourself in the sleek, modern kitchen. This space is beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a metallic silver backsplash. Along with aesthetic appeal, the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking essentials such as a Keurig, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, cookware, and even a wine fridge for beverages. When you're ready to eat, you and yours can gather at the dining room table for six.
After long walks on the beach, you'll find yourself ready for R&R in the living room. The living room is composed of two reclining sofas that share a direct view of the ocean. A flat-screen TV with cable is also provided. Those that prefer to spend every moment outdoors will love kicking back on the balcony. Sip a glass of wine and watch for dolphins playing in the waves!
When your eyes grow heavy from a day of beachy fun, you'll find a soft king bed awaiting you in the primary bedroom. This suite treats two guests with a large flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an adjoining bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.
The rest of your group can catch Z's in the second bedroom which has a twin/double bunk bed and a pull-out trundle bed. Along with a flat-screen TV, guests are provided a nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels.
This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The on-site laundry room is located nearby. There is high-speed internet, cable TV, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and the best views of NSB!

About Oceania Plaza
Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in.
Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

The 2nd bedroom was used by my adult daughter and her husband, and the 4 of us enjoyed the balcony morning, noon and night! The recliners were comfortable, as was our King master. Convenient to fave Toni and Joe's Bar and Grill, music could be heard when outside on the weekends, but not after 8 or 9. We all marvelled at the sound tight condo given peak tourist time. Our unit was immaculate which was important to us. We used the pool daily and often had it to ourselves! The ocean, pelicans and gulls were just awesome! We also chose Oceania so we could walk to all our favorite restaurant venues on the Flagler main street. Other outstanding restaurants were just a few car-minutes away!
