The condo greets guests with a home-like atmosphere. Accents such as white shutters and grey wood flooring create high-end appeal that you'll love. Save unpacking for later, and venture into the kitchen for a quick bite. White cabinetry and appliances give this space a bright, clean feel. While NSB is beloved for its restaurants, you'll love staying in some evenings for a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker, crockpot, cooking utensils, and all the essentials you should need. Family meals can be enjoyed around the dining room table for six.

Though you'll rarely want to leave your beach chair, you won't mind returning to the living room when you need a break from the sun. The living room is well-furnished with a pull-out sofa, matching loveseat, and armchair. In the evenings, gather your family together for movies on the flat-screen TV equipped with cable and a DVD player.

If you hate to leave the Florida sunshine for long, venture onto the third-floor balcony for amazing views and a salty breeze. The balcony is furnished with a dining set for four that looks onto the complex pool and non-driving shore. If you love mornings, wake up early and sip coffee here to the fantastic ocean sunrise!

At the end of each fun-filled day, you'll gladly retire to the primary bedroom awaiting you. The bedroom holds a king bed, flat-screen TV, and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The rest of your group will enjoy their stay in the second bedroom as it has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is beautifully updated with granite-top vanity, wainscoting, and a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed WiFi, cable, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs, toys, and a cooler.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Hacienda del Sol is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. All of the complex units are tastefully decorated and boast of top amenities and features. Washer and dryers are located on every floor. Directly across the street from the complex, you’ll find a small shopping center with local restaurants and unique novelty shops. For your shopping convenience, Publix grocery store is just 2.4 miles south off of South Atlantic Ave.
