New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida and what many recall as "the old Florida of yesterday". Quaint shops on historic Flagler Ave and friendly folks are what New Smyrna is all about. Unique restaurants dot the barrier island, and excellent fishing, golfing are all located nearby for you sports enthusiasts. We are only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando, you can enjoy everything from central Florida's amusement parks, Kennedy Space Center, to relaxing on what some consider "the best beach in the world."
Back at home you'll enjoy the comforts of a spacious two bedroom/two bath unit, including a fully remodeled kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a second floor balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The primary bedroom suite features a King Size bed with balcony access and ocean views, as well as a walk in shower and a fabulous jetted tub to soak and unwind after a day in the sun. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Each of these sleeping quarters sports its own television.
You'll find other conveniences to your liking, including a washer/dryer conveniently located inside the unit; a covered parking slot; an elevator; private tennis court; pool with a spa; an exercise room with cable TV and DVD player, weight machines, and jogging, cycling, and weight machines; gas grill; and wireless internet available in the pool area.
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
Pets under 20lbs are welcome. Great Ocean Condos and Homes happily rents to guests 25 years and older.
Ebb Tide Luxury
Ebb Tide is by far one of the most desired complexes on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. Luxurious oceanfront units provide guests the ideal beach vacation spot: comfortable surroundings in an excellent seaside location.

Neighborhood shops, local restaurants, and eclectic bars on the locally-famous Flagler Avenue is just a short walk from the property. Over the bridge and a short drive from Ebb Tide you will find the downtown Canal Street shopping district which offers everything from outdoor sports equipment and clothing, to specialty home and beach-themed decorations. Ebb Tide is only about 5 minutes from the beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, the perfect spot for outdoorsmen and boaters to launch their vessels for fishing trips or serene kayak cruises on Mosquito Lagoon.

January 18, 2015 - We love New Smyrna Beach, Florida and have stayed at many places. We choose this unit at least once or twice every year as our first pick if it is available. Regardless of the time of year it is the perfect place to stay. Property is located on the "quiet" end of the beach where vehicles are not allowed. This condo is beautiful! Furnished well and kitchen is well equipped. Jacuzzi tub in master suite is awesome. We like the split bedroom plan for when we have guests with us. Closets are very spacious which is very nice if you are staying for an extended period of time. Heated pool and workout room by the pool are great. We like that the property is gated and unit has a covered parking space. Make sure you go into the little town of New Smyrna - - nice local shops, see manatees down at the park south of the unit (there every night at sunset), get up at least one morning to watch sunrise on the beach and watch sunset on the inter-coastal waterway. -- Pamela T., Jonesboro, GA

July 26, 2014 - We have stayed in this unit multiple times. It is nicely furnished and has all kitchen utensils and cookware needed. The jacuzzi tub is nice and something we don't have at home. We also appreciated the unit's wifi so we could use our phones and computer. The pool is heated in the winter and the hot tub is great.
