Once you have unpacked and are ready for the warm sun on your face, step onto the ground-floor patio. Bring a book and something icy to sip on as the patio's two chairs make for the ideal relaxation spot. The patio looks directly onto the ocean and conveniently resides between the complex beach access and shuffleboard court. It's the perfect place to rest in the interims between the pool and shore!

After you've worked up an appetite from long walks on the beach and sand-castle-building with the kids, stop in the bright kitchen for a bite. White appliances, countertops, and cabinetry make this space feel light and airy. Whether you aim to make a full-course meal or simply prep snacks, you'll find the kitchen fully-equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster oven, crockpot, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and any essential you should need.

Before you gather around the table for six, pour yourself an evening glass of wine at the kitchen and dining area's dry bar. The bar is equipped with plenty of glassware for your group; just bring your favorite wines and spirits for happy hour. When your glasses are full and dinner is hot, sit at the wood dining room table. Four chairs and a bench provide ample seating for six.

At the end of each fun-filled day, you'll be relieved to have a cozy primary bedroom awaiting you with rest. The primary suite holds a soft king bed, a cream chaise, a mirrored dresser, and a flat-screen TV to watch late-night shows on. The adjoining bathroom has a sliding glass walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels for your use.

As you enjoy the comforts of the primary, others in your family will enjoy their stay in the second bedroom. The second bedroom holds two twin beds, a mirrored dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The nearby bathroom has a standard bathtub and soft towels for your use.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, a DVD player, long-distance calling, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a pull-out couch, beach chairs, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
