This home for eight resides in a prestigious NSB neighborhood esteemed for its location on the driving beach. As you step inside, you'll hardly believe the stunning interior and oceanfront pool are exclusively yours to enjoy. Those with an eye for detail will notice the plantation shutters, weathered-wood flooring, and white slip-cover couches make the space a Hamptons-style dream.
Before you make a date with the deck's beach loungers, prepare your poolside drinks and snacks in the kitchen. Everything about this space is conducive for cooking, from the white cabinetry and countertops to the stainless steel appliances. Along with amenities such as a double-oven, toaster oven, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, margarita mixer, breakfast bar for three, and more, you'll find your favorite feature to be the large countertop that allows you to prep to the sight of the sea.
Whether you eat indoors or outside, oceanfront dining is a must. Eat, chat, and connect with family around the ocean view dining room table for eight. With quaint bistro chairs and modern light fixtures, the dining area creates an aesthetic statement. If you'd rather enjoy your meal in the Florida sunshine and salty air, both the balcony and pool deck are furnished with dining sets for four.
Your favorite part about your stay will be any time spent in a swimsuit outside. The home accommodates with a heated, salt-water pool that looks onto the Atlantic Ocean. With an outdoor shower, beach chairs and toys, pool loungers, and a TemboTusk Skottle grill, it's possible to spend an entire day in the salty air. Though your favorite amenities are at your fingertips, you'll still find yourself venturing to the beach as Blue Yonder boasts of a private boardwalk leading to the sand and tide.
In the evenings, you and your family will often gather in one of the two living rooms. The downstairs living area is bright yet cozy with its white couches, fireplace, and large Smart TV equipped with Roku. While the downstairs area is conducive for relaxing, the upstairs living room is designed for fun. The large grey sectional, Smart TV, and foosball table make this space youthful. Overhead views of the beach can be enjoyed from either your spot on the couch or outdoors on the second-story balcony.
When it's time to retire, everyone will be excited for a good night's rest in their prospective bedroom (each with its own Smart TV!). The primary suite is all a coastal retreat ought to be. Soothing whites, blue accents, and a soft king bed await guests. The en-suite bathroom has a custom tiled shower and double vanity.
Those who claim the second and third bedroom as their own will find equally peaceful accommodations awaiting them. The queen beds have cool, high-end linens that promise quality rest. The youngest in your group will choose the fourth bedroom as their own as it sleeps two in its twin beds. All bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom which has a large, beautifully tiled shower and a double vanity. The powder bathroom is located downstairs.
This beach house is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a private, salt-water pool, boardwalk access to the driving beach, an outdoor shower, Tembotusk Skottle grill, beach chairs, beach toys, bicycles, Smart TVs with Roku, high-speed internet, a fireplace, foosball table, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a washer and dryer, and private driveway parking. The home is a 4 minute drive from the local grocery store and a 6 minute drive (biking distance!) from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome!

May 14, 2021 - "We had a wonderful week+ at the Blue Yonder Beach House. From beach toys to great views, a well-appointed kitchen and everything a family could need for a lovely vacation, we left relaxed, refreshed and ready to return again. We rented a golf cart from Paradise Powersports and had a ball cruising the beaches and Flagler, took a pontoon boat out on the Intercoastal, and boogie boarded 'til exhausted in the perfect surf. The pool was such a fantastic feature and the beaches of New Smyrna are absolutely perfect. Best sand we've ever seen! Yes, folks are on the driving beach in front of the house but extensive vegetation and dunes make the house private and resort-like. We can't rave enough about our stay here - and we'll be returning next year for an even longer visit. This is a five-star rental all the way. Not necessarily "luxury" but definitely a first-class experience of understated elegance. Beds are super comfy, rooms are private and spread out and there's plenty of lounging space, both inside and out. There are stairs in this property, as there would be in any house so close to the beach needing to be safe from storm surges. But most of the house is on one level (including a well-insulated main floor bedroom), so it's not such an issue for mobile folks. This was our first time visiting New Smyrna Beach and we could NOT have picked a better house to stay at. This place checked every box imaginable. We had two families on trip including a 7 year old, 5 year old, 4 year old, and 3 year old – even the kids commented on how nice Blue Yonder was and how they want to go back. The house has all the necessary items needed for a fantastic stay! Pool, semi-private beach, all the accessories, towels, and extras you can think of.
Bedrooms were great, kitchen was gorgeous, and the access to streaming and cable was great for the kids during rest time.
If you like seeing nature, this place has it too. We saw turtles everyday, pelicans, seaguls, and even a squirrel! On our last night the ocean was very calm and we even saw a school of dolphin making their way north along the beach.
Can’t wait to be back – just hope it doesn’t book up!!!
