About Us

Jennifer – Owner and CEO

Jennifer Frankenstein-Harris, Owner

After growing up in South Florida and graduating from Florida State University in Tallahassee, I currently reside with my family in Central Florida. I have 5 children from elementary through college age! In 2006 I was able to realize my dream of owning a condo on New Smyrna Beach. Though I had no experience in the “rental world,” I was very business minded. Applying my past work experiences, years of travel, and a high standard of excellence to managing my own vacation rental property, it wasn’t long before I began to see a 100% increase in  my condo’s annual rental income. I soon realized that I was better equipped to manage my property than my complex’s on-site office. More importantly, through my own travel experiences, I understood the way that guests want to be treated.  I understood how important it is to provide a home-away-from-home atmosphere that would draw families back to my unit year after year. While others in the rental market will tell you that the economy is suffering and travel is at an all time low, I have a different opinion. Last year alone I was able to rent my 2/2 in Sea Coast Gardens for 34 weeks of the year! After spending months helping establish the Rental Corporation at my complex, I had owners standing in line asking me to handle their rentals. After 11 years, here I am today managing almost 275 properties in the New Smyrna Beach and Greater Daytona Area. We are the largest vacation rental management company in our area and my staff and I LOVE what we do!

I have also been a member of the Florida Vacation Rental Management Association since 2010.  The success of my company and growth of my business has occurred in large part due to my memberships in not only the Florida VRMA, but the national VRMA as well. I have attended state conferences, regional conferences and national conferences consistently over the last 9 years. The wealth of knowledge I’ve gathered have enabled me to grow my business and serve my clients, both owners and guests, in the highest capacity. I have served on the Visit Florida Industry Relations committee, the Florida VRMA conference planning committee and the national VRMA conference planning and education committees as well as serving as an Ambassador and now Board Member for the national VRMA (read more here!). I am honored to have served the Florida VRMA as President-elect and President and currently serve as the Past President.

My staff is incredible and our online booking system is the only of its kind in NSB. We are able to provide premium customer service to both our owners and our guests because our office never closes! Being a condo owner myself, I know what it is like to take care of a rental property, bring in guests, and pay the bills. If you are ready to let go of the hassles and profit from your investment property, call us today.
