In our pet friendly units, for stays shorter than 4 weeks, there is a non-refundable $150 pet fee per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. For stays of 4 weeks or longer, there is a non-refundable $200 per month pet fee per pet. Extra weeks will be pro-rated accordingly. There is also a $49 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500 Security Deposit on your reservation.
